Groups

Groups are a wonderful way to practice and experience awareness, mindfulness.  With the support of the others in your group, your ability to focus on staying conscious, paying attention right-here-right-now, and being fully alive can come to flower.  And group formed around a uniting issue: being women, being couples, being moms ~ can bring us immeasurable comfort, insight and pleasure. In the group we can learn and practice effective communicating and connecting, and then trasfer these skills into all the other groups we live with: family, community, workplace. We are “in this together”, after all, so being intentional and aware is a precious and necessary learning.
